PVC foam sheet is a lightweight board made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, with additives such as foaming agents and stabilizers added through extrusion processes. We have three types: PVC free foam sheet (free foam), PVC celuka foam sheet (celuka), PVC co-extruded foam sheet (co-extruded). It’s waterproof and fire retardant, easy to work with, machine and fabricate like wood, making it an ideal product to replace wood and a versatile material with unlimited usage possibilities. PVC free foam sheet is made by using 3 rolls, its surface not glossy and middle core is hard.
